Dr. John C. Remien is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, and he received his MS in Periodontics from the University of Michigan.  He practiced as a Captain in the United Air Force for two years, and has practiced in Missoula Montana since his discharge from the Air Force in 1974.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, received the Clinical Excellence Award from the Montana Dental Association in 1995, and is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Montana and American Dental Associations, the Western Society of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration,  the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and the International Team for Implantology. 

Dr. John M. Remien, the son of Dr. John C. Remien, was born and raised in Missoula, Montana, and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Montana. He received his DDS degree from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, and his MS degree in Periodontics at the University of Washington in Seattle in June of 2010. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Montana and American Dental Associations, Academy of Osseointegration, and the International Team for Implantology.
